Changes:

1. Fixed Quest Timers from Monster Book stacking.
2. Fixed Meso Magnet not working properly.
3. Fixed a couple Antibot boss monster reactors.
4. Fixed Buddy List not properly loading Buddy List Capacity.
5. Fixed Magatia FM Portal.
6. Fixed KPQ King Slime not dropping Monster Book card at the proper rate.
7. Fixed Owl of Minerva.
8. Fixed Unknown Target quest giving untradeable potions.
9. Fixed Pet Revive not working.
10. Fixed an issue where items could be deleted when moved to an invalid slot.

Archer:

1. Soul Arrow is now changed to consume 200 arrows to activate, and will include the weapon attack of the currently equipped arrow.
