Changes:

1. You'll now be notified when receiving rewards from donating or voting.
2. REG & VIP hairstyles share the same list(Still different for each town)
3. Lowered the price of REG Hair Style and Color Coupons.
4. Equips up to level 94 now drop.
5. Safety Charms are now purchasable for Mesos and Maple Points(I will be constantly looking to change both prices)
6. AP & SP Resets will now only be sold for Mesos in the Henesys Potion Shop(Also will look to adjust prices)
7. New Player event.
