Main Changes:

1. Phoenix will be updated to v39.
2. Mushroom Shrine will be released.
3. Amoria Party Quest will be released.
4. Summer Event will start.
5. Miscellaneous fixes.

Client Changes:

1. Fixed an issue where Popups in CashShop would not center on HD Resolutions.
2. Fixed an issue where the camera would display too far on the left/right side of maps when on 800x600 resolution.
3. Added ability to custom Chat Background Color.
4. Increased Chat log length to 100 instead 64.
