Main Changes:

1. Phoenix will be updated to v53.
2. Fixed Pet Loot lag that Nexon introduced.
3. Fixed Mortal Blow 1 hit not working properly.
4. Fixed skills that are passives & attacks(Mortal Blow) proccing an extra time.
5. Fixed Fredrick eating items in high ping cases.
6. Added Cursayer to Bains.
7. Subway Timer for New Leaf City/Kerning City is now active.

Minor patch to get a couple fixes in and fix the Pet Loot Lag.
